Payment is made upon completion of your order with your credit, debit or prepaid card through a secure Alpha Bank encryption environment. The details of your card are disclosed only to the bank and not to our company and the card will be charged after checking and certifying the details and its validity.

Pay on delivery

Cash on delivery costs 2 € including VAT. Documents to individuals (retail receipts) over € 500 and documents to professionals (invoices) over € 1,500 can not be paid in cash. COD as a payment method is not available for orders outside Greece.

Deposit in the company’s bank account

The bank account in which you will have to deposit the exact final amount of your order, is listed on the order confirmation, where you received it by e-mail.

Please note that the payment process through a bank account must be completed within five (5) working days, otherwise the order will be considered invalid.

In case of refund due to cancellation or return of products, a bank account will be credited, which you will indicate to us with an IBAN number. Any expenses charged by the bank to which the account belongs, will be charged to you.
