RETURN – CHANGE OF PRODUCTS – CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If something does not meet your needs, or for some other reason you want to return it, then you can do it, within 14 days from the day you received it.

Returns are accepted with the purchase receipt or the invoice, only if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, ie in their original packaging, without being unsealed or violated.

In case of return, the customer is charged only with the immediate cost of returning the products. It is noted that it is your sole responsibility to keep the products in good condition for return, as well as to choose a courier company to return them to us.

Before returning the product, you should contact us to inform us.

Please let us know immediately if there is any problem with your order, e.g. if it is incomplete, damaged, or anything else. Upon receipt, we check the product to determine the defect, which was reported to us by the customer. Afterward, the item will be replaced with a similar new onecor in case of non-availability with another new product of corresponding quality and price, otherwise in case the customer does not want a replacement, the money of the original purchase will be refunded to the customer. In case you want to return the product due to our mistake, then the shipping costs are not borne by you, but us who are responsible for the correct supply of the product.

In case of cancellation Pimail order, the refund is made in the same way as the original payment was made by customer.
